NPK Bio-fertilizer manufacturing refers to the production of bio-fertilizers that contain essential nutrients like nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in a form that is readily available to plants. Avotein NPK bio-fertilizer plays a crucial role in sustainable agriculture and soil fertility management by harnessing the power of beneficial microorganisms to enhance nutrient availability and promote healthy plant growth.
Our bio-fertilizer is typically produced using beneficial microorganisms that work in symbiosis with plants to enhance nutrient uptake and overall plant health.
Bio-fertilizers are applied to soil or plants during planting or as a top dressing. When applied to the soil, the bio-fertilizer colonizes plant roots and enhances nutrient uptake, leading to improved plant growth and yield.
Here’s an overview of our process:
We cultivate specific strains of beneficial microorganisms that are not limited to nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and potassium-solubilizing bacteria.
Cultivated microorganisms are then subjected to fermentation. During this process, they multiply and produce enzymes and organic acids that help solubilize and mobilize nutrients from organic and inorganic sources in the soil.
After fermentation, the micobial biomass is mixed with carrier materials and these carriers serve as a medium to protect and preserve the microbial populations. The formulation process ensures a stable and long-lasting product.
To ensure that the final product contains an adequate and viable population of beneficial microorganisms, quality control measures are always undertaken.
Our final bio-fertilizer product is then packaged in suitable containers or bags for distribution and sale.
